We expect corps members to attend all scheduled professional developments and retreats. Since retreats are unique events held once a year for corps members, we ask that you email us directly if you have a conflict with all or part of the retreat.
All conflicts must be communicate by Tuesday, December 1st.

- In the email, include:
- Reason for absences (times, locations, etc.)
- Times you will be absent from the retreat
- The Experience Design Team will work with corps members to craft a unique and meaningful make-up experience.
- All make-ups must be completed by January 9th, 2016.
